He was missing a lot of tackles last year and this season was dropped at one stage for his defence, which has improved greatly since then. Maybe the defensive load is taking so much out of him that he just doesn't have the attacking energy to be a threat.

Can't agree with you on that. Lawrence is still a better player than Garner at this stage of their careers and is way in front of Eisenhuth, MCK and Aloiai. He can also still fill in as a centre if there is a game time injury in the backline.

I could not agree less. Tedesco is the most likely player to give Tigers fans a few more thrills in what has been a disastrous season and will keep a few more rear ends on seats. Woods has been trying hard and may help with the learning curve of some of our younger forwards.
