I'm not stressed this time, the rebuild now will actually be a sucessfull rebuild, the diffrence is we have Richo in charge of it and this is what he has done his whole career. The last "rebuilds" were all orchestrated by people guessing what they should do.

You could be right , Marshall might have been last years attacking coach, though imo I think Marshall was coaching while Sheens was there taking the hits in the media. That's just my conspiracy theory though I could very well be wrong.

You do realise we are blooding a few kids atm who need guidance, I agree Bula in any other squad would be in reserves atm but that's just the boat we are in. If we are going to pay someone to be an attacking coach we can get someone who will help the squad improve

No point getting new players while we have the same attacking coach. Pretty sure Farah is our attacking coach this year and last year. Time to move on and bring someone with more experience in. Our attack is pedantic and uninventive.

There has to be improvement in terms of position on the ladder I'd say 10th - 11th. With a year more experience I don't think they'll make the 8 but want to see them pushing for a spot and pushing teams inside the 8 even if they lose.

Reckon your right. Personally can't see Richo keeping Benji if results don't improve, Richo only has a 4 yr deal I can't see him wasting time if things aren't working out.

How long do you think Richo gives Benji. All the players we signed want to play for him, but if at the end of next season results havnt improved, will Richo persevere with Benji for another 2 years ?

I'd be curious to see what Potter could get them to do. I reckon he was so underrated.

Pretty sure Farah is our attacking coach and was last year as well, time for him to go. I'll never understand for the life of me why when were 10 points down with 10 to go we either just take a hit up or pass the ball sideline to sideline in hope. Noone thinks to just follow the ball carrier...
