Rule Changes You'd Like Implemented

Ban the scrum
At least the ref should check whether an opposition hooker has his arm around the opposition prop's head when packing a scrum. Storm hooker basically had his legs in the WT 2nd row by doing this, made it pretty easy to rake it back against the feed.

Asking for the refs to be competent at their job is like waiting for Harold Holt to rock up at your backyard barbie.

All players go into a pool each week and the clubs draft players based on their performance the previous week

Get rid of Golden Point all together.
Yes. This is a American thing - no draws . When one of Murdoch's sons was calling the shots he wanted just like USA . You need for finals sure but normal rounds a team busts their guts for 80 min and its 24 -24 you deserve a point not have other team get first crack and kicks a point the you get nothing same like you lost 40-0

I would like to see attacking team allowed to catch the ball inside the 10m from kick off or a drop out without penalty. This would allow an advantage to the attacking side for a poor kick. Still a penalty to the defending side if it does not make it past the ten.

Also the one on one strip should go as it is up to the player to secure the ball and ref to call held. Allow it to be stripped at anytime which places the emphasis on the player to retain it more securely. We had to do it in the past.

I would also like to see the tap forward at the play the ball brought back as it would give attacking teams a reward for fast play the balls, however agree with previous comments that the dominant tackle needs to be rewarded so the ruck would need to policed better to allow it to not be roll away and play it off the mark.

We have seen some really good changes over the years with the corner post change I believe being one of the best as some of the tries now are sensational, whereas they would have been into touch without the change.

12-man teams. It would open things up, bring fatigue into play and reduce the number of injury-causing gang tackles. It's like how the roads seem narrower with all the SUVs these days. Players are now so big and fast that the football field has effectively shrunk.

How about all teams can only have 12 on the field all game only when they play us
