Yeah... I think a member named 'Tigger' very pro balmain fella started a thread I think about 2005 trials time titled "why the spoon is headed to Cambo"
It lasted for years with the OP getting ripped about it constantly

I recall there was a forum wedding once even. Brook and someone got hitched at Leichhardt oval...

And yeah if my mail was correct pom was just a regular bloke, would take his kids to members days etc. Don't recall anyone outing him though

On Tupou, it leaves us in a tricky spot. We don't have much depth in the backs but there's also zero point in developing a project player if they're going to leave.

Given how many stars Dolphins have in the backs I don't even see him starting up there. No idea why they'd offer 500k+. He's not proven enough to warrant that Payday. If he does sign with Redcliffe we should look to offload him immediately, not sure who we can swap for though. No point in keeping Him, Blore or Nof, but we can't just rely on rookies either

The forum was very very social back then.. There were dozens of us all knew each other because at Teltra stdm we'd all sit in bay 105...having a red hot team on the park hped a lot too
There was a touch comp organised u think on LU where different sets of fans all organised teams and had a comp going
I went a few times to the WTs touch muck around there was me smeg crouching.. Young fella named Sargent... A girl name BRET and her bro forget his name and another bloke ended up being ifficial Balmain Ryde photographer name escapes me

Tell me ink was there a forum around before this one or did the forum merge from somewhere else because I remember that Sinccas bloke crouching Tiger and a few other classics. But iirc there was something shut down and everyone had to come across. I used to post under a different name back then and I only actually changed it on here 3 or 4 yrs ago.

I can sort of understand it with Galvin cos he’s in the top 30 and an outside chance of debuting in 24. Still a baby however. The amount of talk about Large though is ridiculous. He’s 16. Won’t debut for at least another three years. That’s a lifetime in this game.

It’s impossible at this stage to say what the make up will be. TDS may get injured, may do a runner. Who knows. Not worth putting much stock into atm.
