We were talking a bit about A-Town and how feral it is last year. I saw a bloke dragged out of his car and beaten with a jimmy bar whilst others smashed his car in with pick axe handles…it was just off the main drag and there were people everywhere.
Spanian has gone to the Alice and done a doco on the town, the housing commissions etc, and then some guys took him out on Saturday night to see what happens when the pubs close. For those who are not familiar with life in regional centres in the post Covid era, give it a watch.

The town they kept referring to with the rock and metal gangs, Port Keaps is a real eye opener.
If you’ve ever seen the movie The Warriors, that’s this place. Heaps of little gangs with stupid names/gimmicks but deadly serious. You WILL get F’d up there if you spend any decent time there. We did a job there years ago and at night the place goes ballistic. People carrying weapons everywhere, guys wearing scaffolders tool belts with machetes and axes in the holders. Just lunatic stuff…all on meth.
