Thev CC MARINERS are a dynasty like Penrith is in the NRL
Back to Back and the minor premiership was not even close and the AFC means they are our only representative in the Asian Champions League 2024/25.
No wonder the half a million plus pop have taken them to heart as the NRL continue to ignore a large and distinctive footprint right in the middle of our largest NRL state
Over the years quite a few of our most famous footballers got their start at the CCM
Matt Ryan and Tom Rogic are just 2 examples

At just 24, Josh Nisbet sits alongside Australian football 𝗿𝗼𝘆𝗮𝗹𝘁𝘆 as the latest name on the Johnny Warren Medallist Honour Board.
(And for the first time in history, the list bears the name of a Central Coast Mariners star)

The Northern Summer player transfer periods are almost here:

Premier League transfer window

The transfer market will reopen on Friday, June 14, though most international deals and free transfers will not go through until July 1.

The Premier League will close the transfer window on Friday, Aug. 30 at 11 p.m. BST / 6 p.m. ET.

Some unpopular opinions:
  • Champions League is losing it's aura fast - lot's of big clubs across Europe seem to be struggling or are in a rebuilding phase right now (Barca, Juve, Man Utd, Chelsea, AC Milan, Bayern ... Liverpool soon?).
  • MLS clubs will be richer then the majority of European clubs in 10 years (besides the heavy weights and some EPL ones). With the fascination for Messi gripping the country and the anticipation of hosting the World Cup in 2026, the sport is booming. There are 29 teams, and with the size of the U.S. economy, it's just a matter of time, in my opinion, potentially weakening European soccer further.
