Apparently Naden had a good game yesterday but I do worry about his brain farts. Sullivan isn't filling me with confidence either but hope he steps up.

No need to change while the team is getting the job done apart from forced changes around Galvin.

Bud in for Galvin.
Naden in for Bud's bench spot (I think Simpkin and Da Silva might be out with injury and Latu not ready yet)
Twal back in for AJ if ready.

What ? Faatapes defence has been good . They scored 2 tries yesterday … hard marker …

He is doing well but watch the tape against the Sharks and Eels. He misses a bit and has luckily had good cover from his inside and out. Its a big jump from QLD Cup into the NRL and some time in KOE won't hurt his growth.

I personally would love Latu and Naden to make their way into the side, but they're a long way off first grade from a conditioning point of view. if we manage both of them they will both come in and make long lasting impacts to our season. with that in mind...

1. Bula
2. Staines
3. Faataape (definitely a first grader but needs a tune up in Cup when Naden is ready)
4. Olam
5. Tupou
6. Sullivan*

Hopefully Twal is back in place of Kepaoa.

No way Benji makes any other changes to a winning team. Faataape will hold his spot, whilst nothing flash and defence at times has a ? his effort, energy & 1%ers rub off on the other guys.

The more reps Naden & the likes of Alaimalo, Lobb can get in Cup will benefit us in a few weeks.

I can see Naden being given more time, considering he has played 1 full game and would be required to play 80 in firsts if he was to come in.

Latu is a different proposition. He's played a couple of half games, but is more than capable of 25/30 mins from the bench, so I can see a real opportunity to have him come into the 14 jersey.

Fair way to ease into a debut in my opinion.

API is an absolute star.

I'm worried that he is doing to much work and needs a spell.
Nice point.

Perhaps a spell on the bench and maybe Charlie. It’s a miracle the latter is playing again, let alone making statements.

I’m for some shuffling, we also should deploy Nado somewhere. I don’t want him to lose touch.

I’m still wondering about Bud tbh.

Benji is proving to be an interesting coach. That run-around was fabulous.

And off topic, that fg from sezer, geez, he put some bloody toe on it and it only sailed over by a few feet or something.

I thought it was a bit unconventional, I’m not whinging.

It going over kind of summed up the match lol.

Poor Brooksy it would have headed under the crossbar with the curse he has.

Lucky it was about 18" higher than bouncing Benny's one that would have won the 89 GF

Nothing would make me happier than Latu to be a star next few weeks but being at the Parra game sitting down the front on 30m line for the cup game my main interest was to watch Latu carefully and he had a very quiet game mostly on left edge and a couple of his kicks went no where .He seemed a bit shy . Now that's my only time watching him admittedly so has he produced some razzle dazzle in other games like flegg or ball ?
I assume so as he's got a 4 year $2mill deal
I see a lot of raving about him on the forum and hope its based on actual game performance ?
