We need… George Costanza

In one of the best television series ever - Seinfeld - perennially unemployed character George Constanza is sick of failure so he starts doing the complete opposite of his genuine instinct in every interaction, and after he insults the owner of the New York Yankees to his face, is hired to work at arguably the worlds most famous baseball team.
Imagine the state of WT if the powers that be went against their “better” judgement in everyone decision they’ve faced/made over the last decade.
If the incompotent leaders are not going to leave their posts anytime soon, perhaps they can try doing the exact opposite to what they have been doing and we might just see some success.
We need the top brass to become George Costanzas…
