OFFICIAL Sunia "Tito" Turuva

Leota was the reason dominated the game. Stats are deceiving and don't tell you the story of how the game panned out
He had flashes of good work.
Fish goes all game and that’s why he is our current GB holder

I just think that he does, probably because he had to pay us to get out of his contract
Oh no doubt he does, but he’s a back stabbing fwit who wouldn’t be anywhere without his son.
Well he might have been sacked by the Tigers by now anyway.

You know you are healthy for depth when you drop a player who has scored 8 try’s in 7 games, and the guy you bring in is nearly man of the match.

We should be asking the question about him coming to us now , he got dropped probably for signing with us so why not ,

Yeah well they select a team of 1-5 that run hard, tackle hard and at least threaten to break tackles every time they run the ball.
Aside from Tupou who we didn’t want and an ageing Olam, the rest of our 1-5 dance around like fairies and wouldn’t bust a grape.

Idk about that. They have had a dozen players sign elsewhere over the last 2-3 years. I think it’s more a case of how good Alamoti was last week. And the way he played last night, you can’t really argue that it wasn’t a good decision.

They said it was "coaches decision"

They said it like its a common move used by coaches all the time tho I've never heard of this before
Ivan Cleary in his post match discussion advised Turuva was given a rest based on his recent contract negotiations, in other words punished for signing elsewhere.
He did say he’d be back in the team next week.

Where? Surely you couldn’t drop Alamoti

Where? Surely you couldn’t drop Alamoti
Alamoti is strong and physical and got the job done last night, but lacks the pace of a quality winger.
He’d be quick in comparison with our backs, slow for anyone else.
Ivan is a smug A-Hole, but he’s a very good judge of playing talent.

A luxury a weak club can not afford…
