I think Mascord is based in England now and still reports on RL.

All players, well most of them I guess... Had full time jobs up till the 80s.
Maybe not during the depression.
I cant see teams before WW1 doing boot camp style stuff designed to make or break.
There's been no wrestling at all bar the last 20 years or so

And I think yiur quota for using the term 'snowflake' is just about up. So cringe worthy yet laughable and embarrassing... It makes one look rather silly

You’ve taken me wrong on this one but that’s all good mate. It’s not about pointscoring. Snowflake is a term for a ‘group’ in society who express outrage at everything. On this topic, I think the outrage is ridiculous and if people start sueing trainers for trying to instil a culture of discipline where does that end? I’ll try to keep it more civil but won’t be changing my viewpoint.

Pleased and surprised at Aaron Woods input on 360 tonight
First he backed Klemmer showing he said nothing offensive he simply said twice
He got taken out referring to a tigers player taken out at a critical stage of the game
He also defended partially Sezer saying that his legs went between Curran legs
He also shows Hastings feigning an ankle injury when the tackle had no impact
Because players know they are maybe going to get opposition player in the bin
Seems logical that anytime a player is pulled down from behind its good to grab ankle a start limping - Has the NRL come up with a new form of "gamesmanship" or as I would call it cheating!

to bat for richo. There is a sick obsession with what
works and what doesn't. Different ways 2 get paid

They almost never have a show without some dig at the Wests Tigers
Pointing out that the off season is 20 weeks is it necessary for Benji to go holidays to Fiji
Also wondering if Richo is having a UK holiday .May June are usually pleasant months to visit .
Not sure if I have an opinion one way or the other but seems we are already red hot favourites for a 3rd spoon . 2024 not looking good so far !

I haven't watched it but tbf going on holidays when you're the head coach and your team hasn't won in 8 weeks isn't a great look. Everyone went in on Pascoe for his little trips and he wasn't even on the coaching staff, surely there is plenty of work on the training paddock to be done. Benji did say teaching the management during a game was on him in his recent PC. Well here's a week or so to work on it, Richo going to the UK to maybe secure or offload players is plausible although we don't know 100% if thats what he's up to.
Benji must know the optics aren't great send the Mrs and kids by all mean's but maybe sit this one out.
 
its funny how journos have friends in clubs and others who dont...12 months ago Buzz would stick up for Lee and Pascoe and now Reed who admitted he has had a long friendship with Richo stuck up for Richo and the Tigers tonight big time. Buzz had his usual crack at Richo for losing sponsorship, being in the UK and stating he is not the recruitment manager. However I am pretty sure he Bettsy and Benji are the recruitment team.
I think it is not a great look that Benji heads to Fiji when we are on a 8 game losing streak, this should be the time he digs in and works his arse off, as he did mention in post match presser that he has to be better at coaching.
 
What's to say Benji isn't working on his coaching while he is in Fiji. A bit of down time to clear his head and scratching notes while he is sitting by the pool. FFS; some of you guys clearly have never run a business for yourselves. I manage to take holidays and also work at times as an owner of a small building business.

Just like the 360 journos - take a chill pill and let Benji get on with his deliberations; wherever he may be!

So far under Richo’s watch we have have signed Luai, Turuva and Leichardt has secured funding for renovations. If he uses his connections to offload under performing players what more can the man do. I wouldn’t pay any attention to the media it’s really childish type stuff to get viewers.
