Denny Burgess - ex muso with The Throb his brother Colin was drummer with the Masters Apprentices. Justin Pascoe is a huge fan and has tried in vain to model his hairstyle the same as Denny's.

More than half - WA supply 5 out of the 8 board members of Wests Tigers if you include Cook as a WA appointment. Stapleton from the Balmain side is the only ex footballer on the board although you could probably throw in Rick Wayde as having a very good understanding of the workings of a football club.
