Given Richo has agreed to a long-term CEO role, the club must be implementing the governance recommendations from the review (including 3 independent directors & some constitutional changes) as that was a 'non-negotiable' for Richo.

Turn the clock back about six months ago and who would have thought a fan driven petition could have forced so much positive change in our club. The HBG deserve a big rap for actually taking notice of the fans and taking such positive steps to get the joint heading in the right direction.

Richo is a proven winner, it’s not going to happen overnight but for the first time in a very long time I think finals football is a real chance from 2025 and beyond
