wests_tigers_150Wests Tigers today responded to growing concerns from season ticket holders that their seats positions had not carried over from the previous years. The notice, which was posted External link on the Wests Tigers website, reads:

Wests Tigers wishes to advise Members of the following seating changes for 2010.
This season, Wests Tigers will playing home matches at four stadiums. The split sees 3 matches at the Sydney Football Stadium (SFS), 1 match at the Sydney Cricket Ground (SCG) and 4 matches each at Leichhardt Oval (LO) and the redeveloped Campbelltown Sports Stadium (CSS).
Campbelltown City Council and Leichhardt Council have invested up to $9 million for renovations at both grounds between them.
Following these changes, Wests Tigers Members may notice their seating Bay, Row and Seat may be different to 2009. This is due to the configuration and naming/numbering of the Bays now being different. If you were a Member in 2009 and renewed your membership before Christmas, your seating has been changed over and you will be in a similar location to your 2009 seats.
Please refer to the individual home ground maps listed below (follow the link above) under each home ground heading to view where your seats are placed.

The NRL has announced the schedule for the first five rounds of Season 2010. The opening rounds sees Wests Tigers play three Ch 9 games against quality sides.

farah_thumWests Tigers captain and hooker Robbie Farah has been named in the Australian Squad to play in the Four Nations Tournament in Europe. Farah joins other Wests Tigers representative players Benji Marshall (New Zealand Captain) and Gareth Ellis (Great Britain) in the tournament.
