I blame the decline of western society on the disappearance of prayer from school and the movie Gremlins 2. Think about all the sh*t that has happened since its release. Coincidence? More like causation.
The Sami try was unquestionably the wrong call. There is clear separation between the hand and ball. If any further proof is needed, just look at how the ball bounces afterwards.
Rob has sworn off the pod more times than John Farnham. I'll believe it when I see it.
Anyone remember the slightly deranged poster MOTH/Mulvihill from years back? He'd be a fitting replacement.
Toa has multiple deficiencies but he can break the line with footwork, a rare quality in our putrid side. He's overdue for a good game - they're usually 1 in 10.
Prior offences adds to the length of the suspension but not the grading. For the life of me, I don't understand why Sezer's tackle wad a grade 3 and Tago, Plath and Galvin's a grade 2.
Just for context, Sezar is facing the same length suspension as Patrick Carrigan received for his sickening hipdrop on Hastings in 2022. The NRL is absolutely f*cked.
We are in dire need of an impact second rower and prop. Fainu has been very impressive and Stefano and Pole good in patches, but we don't have any forward who is capable of breaking the line or offloading on a regular basis.
The best prospect in the lower grades, Miller, is a few years away...
We could be without Seyfarth and Sezer next week. Fainu has been bog average at hooker but I'd like to see him get a run at halfback if Sezer is suspended.
Bulldogs were very disciplined. Their completion rate was close to 100% and their line speed was phenomenal. The officiating may have been a farce but the better side won.
